Referencer is a group of people that comes together and highlight their professionalism both in their personal and professional life. During my stay in Madrid, I connected with Cartu, founder of Referencers, and she told me about this big project she had in mind. We sat together, planned and brainstorm some ideas and created a whole plan for the team’s photo shoot.

The idea of Referencer is that every professional has a unique talent to contribute to the group. The group consists of DJ, engineer, accountants, actors, brewer, editor, photographers, marketers and graphic designer. Here are some pictures I took for the team.

I got the opportunity to take some photos of Jaime O’Connor, which is an entrepreneur and DJ very known in Spain. Jaime plays at places like Ibiza, Zurich, Berlin and Mercedez Benz Fashion Week in Madrid.

Paula Santillana,

Entrepreneur.

Paula is a successful entrepreneur who from small started helping her mom in their family business. For more than 20 years, this family business has supplied different luxury hotels in Madrid with its beautiful textiles.

Cristina Chaverri

Degree in Business Law and DJ.

Cristina is a very proactive referencer. After getting her business degree, she started exploring in the area of DJ. Currently, she produces, sing, plays the guitar, and of course, plays the vinyl like a professional!
