He told me he wanted to propose. Ryan told me he wanted to propose to Laura and he wanted to make it special, personal and memorable. He had A LOT of ideas in mind, but we had to find the perfect one.

On Saturday, we went location scouting in Veluwe. It was really fun to watch Ryan plan everything for Laura – we saw cows, walked over 9km, and stepped in a lot of mud during the location scouting. Finally, we found the perfect spot.

On Sunday, Ryan told Laura that he got something special planned for her. She didn’t know it was a photo shoot. Heck, she didn’t even know that I was coming too! When we first met she thought it was a photo shoot and she was totally excited! However, she still wasn’t aware of what’s going to happen next.

Our first location was Landgoed Staverden. In the middle of this beautiful pathway, Ryan got on one knee and asked Laura to spend the rest of their lives together. “OF COURSE,” said Laura.
