Couple Session in Zwolle: Ralf and Rachelle + a Promise.
Hi friends,
I am back with another blog post. This time, I come with a promise. I promise to start blogging more often, and by often, I mean weekly! I will share some how-to-wedding related topics, I am going to invite you to my new journey on Facebook, and I will also be giving away some amazing deals. Would you please help me by subscribing to my newsletter?
The process is easy. At the end of this page, there’s a subscription bar giving you 10% off on your next 1-hour photoshoot with me! So, just enter your name and your email address. I promise I won’t spam your email. Promise!
Okay, enough promises!
Let’s start with these two before I end up forgetting them!
This is Rachelle and Ralf… Ralf was born on Aruba. He moved to The Netherlands when he was 6 years old. When Ralf moved to the Netherlands, he met this beautiful woman: Rachelle. They met on a Sunday at church. After 10 years of being best friends, lovers, and knowing that having each other is the only thing they need to live a happy life, Ralf asked Rachelle to spend their whole lives together. And, of course, she said yes!
On 27 November 2012 Ralf invited Rachelle on a date. He chose Rachelle’s favourite Italian Restaurant: Michelangelo. After having a great dinner, they started to walk back home. Ralf asked Rachelle if they could take another route. Rachelle agreed. While passing a lake, in the centre of Zwolle, Ralf asked Rachelle if they could sit down for a moment and enjoy the view. Rachelle was a little worried about the train, she didn’t want Ralf to miss it, but she opted to sit down for a moment.
While listening to John Mayer music on his phone, Ralf stood up, went down on his knees and asked Rachelle to marry him. And, of course, she said yes!
On 10 May of 2013, surrounded by family and friends, Ralf and Rachelle promised each other love in good and bad times together with God.
Rachelle’s smile is one of the many things that Ralf loves about Rachelle.
One thing I love about these two, is that you can actually feel their love for each other while having them around you. It is beautiful, really!
I will end with this picture because it is one of my favourites. It reflects the path they’re walking together; strong, in love, and together with God. And that? That is everything.
Happy week!
